Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you have nominated) receive the last item in your order.

Returning the item

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
